“The Marrlands” often refers, collectively, to the three empires of the mortal realm: The Kethran, Sundolian, and Belaric Empires.

But within this layered world there are also various divine dwellings, as well as afterlives and in-between places where all manner of mortals, creatures, and divine beings occasionally trod.

The collective universe–with all its realms, divine and otherwise–is actually called Acladia by the Moraki who created it. However, as most of the books in this world center around the mortal realm(s), this reference site uses the name most often used by mortal scholars, which is The Marrlands.
