Lord and Lady Tessur

The adoptive family that took Cas in after the King-Emperor tried to hide her in an orphanage in the far northern reaches of Kethra. They called her ‘Silenna’. Both of them contracted the Fading Sickness, which drove them mad, leading to Lady Tessur murdering her husband and forcing Cas to run away.
