Animitar (Map of Souls)

A gift to Cepheid from the Goddess of the Sun. This apparatus allows her to see the movements of both the fully divine and those with significant ties to the divine, including mortals with exceptionally ‘heavy’ souls. She can use it to chart their paths and predict their movements, though it isn’t always completely accurate.
