The Middle-Goddess of Storms and Chaos. She ascended alongside her sister, Indre, who became the Sky Goddess. Nephele has a reputation for planting herself in the middle of conflicts and occasionally stirring them up herself, but ultimately, she proved an ally to mortal-kind when she aided Casia and Elander throughout the Shadows and Crowns saga.
She has no Miratar spirits serving beneath her, and she spends more time in her mortal-side godhaven than many of the Marr.
