A vast establishment containing libraries, priceless artifacts, lecture halls, and other instruments of scholarly endeavors, established by High King Emrys and his queen soon after he took over his father’s throne. The name pays homage to the God of the Shade, also known as the Rook God, who is the Moraki responsible for bestowing knowledge upon the realms.
